Privacy Policy

The short version

A generation uses the person photo and outfit reference you choose. We send those inputs to our AI processing provider and, for signed-in Studio users, keep task inputs and results in private account storage for the retention period described below. We do not sell your photos or use them to train our own model.

Information we process

• Account data: Google account identifier, email, display name, avatar, authentication tokens, and account settings.
• Generation data: the person photo, outfit image, optional prompt or settings, job identifiers, status, and generated result.
• Billing data: subscription plan, credit balance, Stripe customer and checkout identifiers, and payment status. Stripe processes payment-card details; we do not receive the complete card number.
• Security data: IP address, user agent, request timing, rate-limit records, and provider error information.

Chrome extension

The extension acts only after you click its toolbar action or choose “Try on with AI Outfit Generator” for an image. It does not scan pages, read browsing history, append affiliate tags, or run advertising code.

• Your saved person photo stays in the extension's local IndexedDB until you replace it, remove it, or sign out.
• The selected clothing image is fetched only after you grant access to that image's website origin. A manual file upload is always available instead.
• Google and Supabase authentication tokens are stored in Chrome local extension storage and sent only to Supabase and our API for authentication.
• The extension stores the active task identifier and status so it can recover after the side panel or browser is reopened. It does not persist the generated image itself.

How information is used

• validate images and create the requested outfit preview;
• authenticate your account and enforce ownership of private tasks and assets;
• reserve, charge, or refund credits and manage Stripe subscriptions;
• restore task status and deliver the generated result;
• prevent abuse, investigate failures, and maintain service security.

Service providers

We use Supabase for authentication and private application data, Replicate and its model providers for AI processing, Stripe for subscription billing, and our hosting and analytics providers for delivery and product measurement. Their processing is governed by their respective privacy and retention terms.

Storage and retention

Signed-in Studio task inputs and results are private to the account and are normally retained for up to 30 days unless you save or delete an asset sooner. Provider-side retention may differ. Local extension data remains on that Chrome profile until you clear it, remove the extension, or sign out. Billing and security records may be retained as required for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and legal duties.

Your choices

• replace or remove the locally saved person photo;
• decline optional website-image access and upload a file manually;
• delete eligible Studio assets and local task data;
• sign out to clear the extension session and locally saved photos;
• manage or cancel a subscription through the billing portal.

Image rights and sensitive content

Upload only images you are allowed to use and photos of people who have consented. Do not submit private, illegal, exploitative, or non-consensual imagery. Avoid uploading a photo you would not be comfortable sending to an external AI processor.

Children

The service is not directed to children under 13.
