Privacy Policy

The short version

AI Outfit Generator accepts a person photo and either an outfit reference or a written outfit description. The app sends those inputs to an external AI provider to create your preview. It does not create an account for you, save your images in an application database, or publish a share link to your result.

Do not upload an image you would not be comfortable sending to an AI processing provider.

Information the service processes

• Generation inputs: your uploaded person photo, optional outfit-reference photo, and outfit description.
• Generation output: the AI-created outfit preview.
• Operational metadata: a prediction identifier, selected mode, job status, processing time, and a limited error code. The app is designed not to place image data or full prompts in its application logs.
• Browser-local data: recent generation records, image blobs, creation times, and anonymous free-use counters.
• Security data: the hosting platform may process request metadata such as an IP address and user agent for delivery, security, and rate limiting.

How information is used

Information is processed only as needed to:

• validate your files and create the requested outfit preview;
• return job status and make the result available for download;
• restore recent jobs and enforce the browser-level free limit;
• prevent abuse, investigate failures, and protect the service.

AI provider processing

Generation inputs are sent through a server-side connection to Replicate. Replicate's current API documentation says API prediction inputs, output values, output files, and logs are automatically removed after one hour by default. See Replicate's data-retention documentation and privacy policy.

The app does not use uploaded images to train its own model. It cannot make a broader promise about every third-party model or provider practice; those services are governed by their own current terms and policies.

Local history and retention

If your browser supports IndexedDB, up to 12 recent generation records can be kept locally for 24 hours. You can delete one record or choose Clear All at any time. Expired records are removed when the app next opens. Clearing browser data removes local history and free-use state from that browser.

Local history is not cloud backup. It does not sync across browsers or devices, and the service cannot restore it after it is deleted.

Anti-abuse protection

Production generation uses a server-side rolling usage limit to protect the service from automated abuse and unexpected provider costs.

Your choices

• Remove an upload before starting a generation.
• Download a result before the provider copy expires.
• Delete individual local records or clear all local history.
• Stop using the service if you do not accept provider processing.

Because the service has no user accounts and does not map local history to an identity, include the relevant prediction identifier when using a published site contact channel to report a technical or privacy issue. Never send the original photo in an initial support message.

Images of children and sensitive content

Do not upload intimate images, identity documents, medical images, or other highly sensitive material. Do not upload a child's image unless you are the child's parent or legal guardian and the use is lawful and appropriate.

Security and international processing

The service uses server-side provider credentials, signed job access, file validation, and private result responses to reduce exposure. Internet transmission and AI processing still carry risk, and no system can promise absolute security.

Hosting, security, and AI providers may process information in countries other than your own. Their privacy terms describe their locations and safeguards.

Changes to this policy

This policy may change when the product, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top will be updated when a revision is published. Review this page before uploading new images.
