The service

AI Outfit Generator creates visual outfit previews from a person photo and either a reference image or written description. It is a creative visualization tool, not a fitting, tailoring, identity-verification, or professional styling service.

Eligibility

You must be legally able to accept these terms. If you are below the age of legal majority where you live, use the service only with a parent or legal guardian who accepts these terms for you.

Your images and permission to process them

You keep whatever rights you already have in your uploads. You grant the service and its processing providers a limited permission to host, transmit, transform, and return those inputs only as needed to provide, secure, and troubleshoot the requested generation.

You may upload an image only when you have the rights and permission needed to use it. This includes permission from recognizable people and rights to any reference image. Do not assume an image found on a store, social platform, or search engine is free to reuse.

Acceptable use

You must not use the service to:

• create deceptive impersonation, fraud, harassment, exploitation, or non-consensual imagery;
• upload intimate, sexual, illegal, violent, or highly sensitive images;
• infringe privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights;
• evade free-use limits, security controls, or automated abuse protections;
• scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service or provider systems;
• present a preview as proof of a real garment's fit, size, authenticity, or availability.

A generation may be refused, stopped, or removed when it appears to violate these terms, provider rules, or applicable law.

AI output limitations

AI output is probabilistic and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or visually inconsistent. The service aims to preserve identity, pose, background, and outfit details, but it does not guarantee exact preservation. Faces, hands, body proportions, garment construction, logos, text, transparent materials, reflective materials, colors, and small details may change.

A preview does not predict real-world sizing, drape, comfort, material, safety, or how an item will look under different lighting. Verify purchase and styling decisions independently.

Outputs and intellectual property

Subject to applicable law and any rights in the inputs, you may download and use a generated preview. AI-output ownership rules vary by jurisdiction, and the service does not promise that an output is unique or eligible for copyright protection.

Third-party rights can still apply to people, garments, designs, trademarks, and source images. No commercial license is included or promised by this version of the service.

Third-party services

AI processing is provided through Replicate and model providers. Their availability, safety systems, retention practices, and terms can affect a generation. Review Replicate's terms and privacy policy. The service is not responsible for a third-party service outside its reasonable control.

Free access, credits, and paid plans

Anonymous free access is limited to two successful generations per browser in a rolling 24-hour period. Browser storage is a convenience, not a durable entitlement or account balance. Technical failures do not count as successful generations; a user-requested regenerate is a new generation.

Paid plans and paid credits are marked Coming soon. They are not available for purchase, and displayed future prices, credit amounts, or plan features are not an offer or promise. No payment should be sent through this site until a real checkout and separate purchase terms are available.

Local history and downloads

Recent results may remain in the current browser for up to 24 hours, subject to browser support and storage limits. You are responsible for downloading anything you want to keep. The service does not promise recovery after provider expiry, browser cleanup, storage failure, or device loss.

Availability and changes

The service may be unavailable, delayed, rate limited, changed, or discontinued. Models and providers can fail or reject inputs. Free limits and features may change to protect reliability, safety, or cost, with updated information published on the site.

Disclaimers

The service and outputs are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no warranty is made that a generation will be uninterrupted, accurate, fit for a particular purpose, non-infringing, or identical to an input or garment.

Responsibility and liability

You are responsible for your uploads, instructions, use of outputs, and decisions based on a preview. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service operator will not be liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss arising from use of the service or inability to access a generation. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

Suspension and ending use

Access may be suspended for abuse, security risk, legal requirements, or a material breach of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time and clear local history in your browser.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the product and its providers change. The effective date at the top will be revised when new terms are published. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
